Once upon a time a young girl wanted to be an investigative journalist. (Or a veterinarian. Or a famous chef.) Today she happens to be none of those things.
I work in Public Relations for a Toronto agency and started blogging to talk about the fine line between personal and professional life. (It’s not really a fine line, more like a gulley.) I talk about things I am interested in and that includes social media, news/current events, personal experiences and lessons I learn along the way. Basically I just wanted a space that was my own, where I can share information the way I want to.
I like to cook when I have time, friends and family are really important to me, I love taking pictures and my interests are pretty far reaching – I like to try new things. I’m also a really big supporter of not for profit initiatives in the areas of animal welfare, children’s charities, human rights issues, health care and community based support.
The best thing about blogging in my opinion is interacting with people, so feel free to let me know what you think and join the conversation.
